1. Words

“Console” means this site. “Team” means the editorial team of Bull Fallow. “Module” means a study text on the site. These words do not create a client relationship.

2. Course

The modules are educational and informational. They describe mechanisms. They are not advice fitted to a person, not a signal, and not an offer to buy or sell anything.

3. Use

You may read the modules for study. You may not use the site to break the law, to send malware, to scrape the form into a mailing list, or to present the modules as a personal recommendation.

4. Material

The text, the mark, and the layout belong to the project as published. You may quote a short passage with a link to the page. You may not republish a module as if you wrote it.

5. No service

Bull Fallow does not sell, broker, manage, or recommend financial products. It takes no commission for recommending any. Nothing on the site is a trading service or a platform account.

6. Risk

Trading and investing can lose part of the capital or all of it. A stake in a young company can have no buyer and can lose its entire value. Markets move. A discussion of software that groups text is not a recommendation. Decisions are yours. The team is not liable for a decision you make after reading.

7. Law

These terms are read under the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without a claim that the street line is a registered office.
